FilmTrack, Saffron Digital Partner to Support Efficient Delivery of Premium Multiplatform Video Services

FilmTrack announced a new partnership with premium video platform provider Saffron Digital. The combined offering provides FilmTrack’s clients with a seamless, integrated solution for managing their intellectual property from the script stage through monetization across multiple retail models, including SVOD, TVOD, EST, and live.

Content creators and distributors who use FilmTrack for the management of their IP, will now be able to leverage Saffron Digital to simplify the management and delivery of premium multi-platform video services, including Ultra Violet.

Jason Kassin, CEO of FilmTrack and Jason Keane, CEO of Saffron Digital, met at the National Association of Broadcasters Show (NAB) to finalize the details of the partnership allowing FilmTrack clients to quickly and cost-effectively launch a premium multi-platform entertainment service that showcases and monetizes their content.

“Our clients, who use FilmTrack for rights, avails, content and contract management can now quickly and cost-effectively launch a compelling live, or on-demand, OTT service,” said Kassin.

“The ultimate benefit to our shared customers is the simplification of the day-to-day management and operation of their value chain. By integrating FilmTrack’s rights and avails tools with our proprietary content management system, our clients will be able to streamline the scheduling, pricing and promotion of their content,” said Keane.
