Emerson College Connects to The Boston Switch

Emerson College has recently added a 1.485 Gbps HD-SDI connection to The Boston Switch. This new connection with The Switch enables Emerson to broadcast live from its campus in Boston, Massachusetts.

Adding this connection provides Emerson with the capacity to connect to outlets across the country and around the globe, including national newsrooms, as well as local affiliates.

Emerson is the only four-year college in the nation entirely dedicated to educating students in the fields of arts, communication, and the liberal arts. The College’s faculty experts are available to be interviewed on local, regional, national, and international news about a wide range of subjects including film, television, comedy, political campaigns, speeches, theater, publishing, sports communication, marketing, communication disorders and speech therapy, and many more.
