PyeongChang 2018: Canon To Provide Onsite Expertise/Support

At the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea, in addition to the comprehensive support being provided to NBC’s broadcast of the Games, Canon’s global broadcast lens team is available to clients at the BCTV Support Center for onsite technical service and support. Numerous engineers and service technicians are available to provide repairs, advice, and maintenance service. In addition, Canon Professional Services will be in the Main Press Center, providing service, support, and loaner gear for still equipment.

Canon’s PyeongChang office will be open seven days a week through the Olympics and is located at:

157-10 Solbong-ro Daegwallyeong-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do

Canon also has a City Hall Support Center for broadcast lens repair in Seoul. Open 9:00-19:00 local time, that facility is location at:

Canon staff in PyeongChang is fluent in English, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, German, Dutch, Spanish, and Portuguese.
