Ross Video (Booth N3906) will introduce Inception Live, a planning, scheduling, and live management tool for stadium game-day and live event productions. It is intended to facilitate communications and simplify game-day productions, while providing curation of social-media elements from a unified dashboard.

Ross Video Inception Live“Many of our stadium clients are still using Excel spreadsheets or other basic systems to plan and execute their game-day productions,” says Shawn Snider, marketing product manager for Inception, Streamline, and EZPrompt. “We realized that, with a few feature additions, Inception, already in use by many of these clients to manage social-media workflows, would make a great game-day planning and management tool and offer significant advantages over the current way of doing things. Inception allows clients to fully plan their production [and] offer[s] the flexibility to change quickly while keeping the entire crew in the loop.”

Available in June, Inception Live provides a browser-based environment for producing a game-day lineup with complete flexibility of the layout, columns, and validation in the production grid. It is accessible universally and offers a tablet-based interface that reflects changes made to scripts on the fly, as well as flexible printing options. Inception Live also offers seamless integration with Ross Video’s XPression for graphics planning, and Streamline for asset management. Users can communicate on the fly with a built-in instant-messaging platform, which lets everyone know of schedule changes or unplanned events, allowing them to respond accordingly.
