Together, Grass Valley and Anvato Simplify Video Publishing for Every Screen

Grass Valley (Booth SL206), a Belden Brand, and Anvato (Wynn Salon – C), TV Everywhere platform provider, are collaborating on product integration that can bridge and dramatically enhance broadcast and digital workflows. The integration between the GV STRATUS video-production and content-management system and Anvato’s Media Content Platform (MCP) allows content creators and broadcasters to edit and publish perishable, time-sensitive video content to apps, Websites and social-network destinations — and do so faster than other solutions available in the industry.

Together, GV STRATUS and Anvato MCP give content creators the fastest, most efficient path to every screen with their valuable video, with all relevant metadata included. Time-to-screen is critical for news and sports workflows, especially when publishers cannot afford to give digital and social syndication secondary priority in the workflow.

Leveraging Anvato’s work as a launch partner and early adopter for Facebook’s new video API, broadcasters can seamlessly and speedily publish video content to Facebook, reaching one of the largest global online audiences. Anvato MCP also enables GV STRATUS customers to deliver edited video content to other destinations, including Twitter and YouTube, taking advantage of Anvato’s social-publishing strategy that embeds video directly in the target audience’s feed via Twitter Cards.
