The arena’s productions staff at Continental Airlines arena is comprised of six full time workers and 20 part time freelancers. The Multimedia staff works together with the teams to produce the video elements utilizing an array of systems. The teams produce their videos using non-linear editing systems and the Multimedia staff also uses an Avid, when required.

The action on the playing surface is captured using Sony and Panasonic DVC Pro Cameras. The videos on the scoreboard are displayed on a Daktronics Pro Star Video displays that are equipped with eight 9’ x 12’ video screens. For highlights and key moments in games the arena staff uses an EVS Slo-Mo replay system as well as a Sony Beta VTR controlled by a DNF controller.

T he New Jersey Devils are celebrating their 25th anniversary and special videos and events have been created to commemorate the event. Just recently the team honored the 1995 Stanley Cup Champions team.
