Chuck Scoggins is Vice President, Operations for PGA TOUR
Productions. He joined the TOUR in 1996 and is responsible for the oversight
of technical and operational support for all facility and remote
production. Scoggins also oversees the leagues strategy for migration to
high definition and implementation of an enterprise wide digital asset
management initiative.
Prior to joining PGA TOUR Productions, Scoggins served as
Post Production Manager for PPS in Cincinnati, Ohio from 1993 to 1996 and
Director of Post Production for PostMasters in Nashville, Tennessee from 1984
to 1993, where he was responsible for all agency and record label relations and
supervision of the edit, film to tape transfer, graphics, audio, studio and
film processing departments.
Scoggins worked for Opryland Productions in
Nashville,
Tennessee
from 1981 to 1984 as editor of Hee Haw and a wide variety of entertainment and
sports programming. He was a member of the technical team responsible for
the facility expansion required to support both post-production and live studio
operations for the launch of the company’s cable network, The Nashville Network
(TNN) in 1983.
