Neugeboren was most recently VP of Engineering & Technology
for Time Warner Cable where he created and managed the launch of nine 24-hour
local news channels in key Time Warner Cable markets. He was responsible for
the development and deployment of the next generation production and automation
system that integrated server based editing, graphics creation and story
production on one desktop.
As one of the founders of NY1 News, Time Warner Cable’s
first 24 hour local news channel, he co-developed a news production model that
streamlined the production process by utilizing leading edge automation systems
and significant workflow changes. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, he held
production and operations positions with Court TV, WHAI-TV in
Bridgeport,
CT,
National College Television in NYC and CCR Video in NYC.
