Pesa names Cawthorne VP, distribution sales

Two new
PESA appointments are designed to strengthen and focus the company s sales efforts to
better meet the needs of its customers.

Industry veteran Kent Cawthorne has been named vice president of

distribution sales for the Americas, from Canada to South America, with

responsibility for all PESA dealer and distributor relationships in these

regions. Cawthorne joins PESA as part of the QuStream acquisition of Fortel

DTV. Earlier, Cawthorne was vice president of sales and marketing for OSG

Group and has held senior management and sales roles at Grass Valley Group,

Panasonic Security Systems & Digital Imaging, Pacifiq Technologies, and

Sony Electronics in the United States and Latin America. He will be based

in the Chicago area.

Randy Lloyd is PESA s new vice president of strategic sales. He joined
the company in 1989 and since that time has provided distinguished
performance in the company s sales and strategic development. In his
new role with PESA, Lloyd will focus on developing larger accounts and
building relationships with broadcast stations and station groups. He
will work out of PESA offices in the Dallas area.

Bob McAlpine, PESA s senior vice president of
sales and marketing, says the new additions to the PESA management team will
help us focus on key growth areas while improving our ability to service
customers.
