Brickman joins Ascent Media

Peter Brickman, formerly NFL senior director of broadcast operations
and technology, has been named Managing Director of Content
Distribution for North America at Ascent Media
Network Services. Brickman has operational, strategic, and
financial responsibility for the company’s robust network origination
and content transport businesses in the U.S. He is based in
Stamford, CT.

Brickman hopes to apply his experience as an Ascent customer to help its services provide even more value to the sports community.

contingencies must be managed calmly and swiftly. This is why Ascent
Media has a long history of providing services to sports clients,
including NFL, YES Network, NHL, NBA. We have the kind of expertise and

Ascent Media Network Services COO Maragaret Craig says Brickman brings creative ideas about how to
grow the customer base for our current service offering, as well as the
strategic vision to take advantage of opportunities in next-generation
digital media services. “Our operation will benefit from Peter’s client-side
insight as we continually seek to improve customer satisfaction,” she says.

While at the NFL Brickman managed all activities of NFL
SUNDAY TICKET and day-to-day on-air operations for NFL Network. He also
has run on-air operations and production for various networks,
including Request TV and Lifetime.
