Four million served up Masters via Web

Masters.org, in conjunction with CBS SportsLine, a leading Internet sports media organization and part of CBS Interactive, and CBS Sports released traffic figures from the first three days of live streaming video from the 2007 Masters Tournament. Live streaming video was provided via Masters Extra, an extra hour of live streaming bonus coverage, and Amen Corner Live for the 2007 Masters Tournament.

Combined traffic figures for Masters Extra and Amen Corner Live at masters.org and CBS SportsLine.com produced the following results:

▪ Nearly four million video streams of live golf action were served
▪ Average time spent viewing video programming was approximately three hours per visit
▪ In total, over 45 hours of live streaming video were presented free of charge

Masters Extra was produced by CBS Sports with the complete Masters announcer lineup of Jim Nantz, Nick Faldo, Peter Oosterhuis, Verne Lundquist, David Feherty, Bill Macatee, Peter Kostis and Ian Baker-Finch and provided live streaming video of the entire field and course from the 2007 Masters Tournament for one hour prior to television coverage.

As was the case with its debut in 2006, Amen Corner Live was produced by CBS SportsLine and featured live streaming video of the 11th, 12th and 13th holes from the Augusta National Golf Club. Amen Corner Live was hosted by Masters Tournament veterans Bobby Clampett, Billy Kratzert and Mike Hulbert.
