Japan market: JVC readies to sell 110-inch RPTVs
JVC has rolled out a 110-inch LCD rear-projection TV (RPTV) in
Japan, claiming it is the biggest available digital TV (DTV) in the world.
The HD-110MH80 uses JVC’s proprietary D-ILA (Digital Direct Drive Image Light Amplifier) LCD panel to produce a full high-definition (HD) 1,920 1,080 pixel resolution. It consumes power of 220W, has a contrast ratio of 5000:1, weighs 330kg and will be ready to order starting in July in
