The Big

Illinois’
season-opening football game against
Missouri
in September.
The game
is scheduled for a 2:30 pm kickoff on September First in
St. Louis.
So far,
four other
Illinois
games are scheduled for TV, all either on ABC, 1 of EPSN’s channels or the new
Big Ten TV network. They are September 15th at
Syracuse,
October 20th at home against
Michigan, October
27th at home against
Ball
State and November Third at
Minnesota.
The Big
Ten says ABC and the ESPN channels may choose more games during the season.
The Illini
won only two games last fall, but expectations are higher for the coming season
under third-year coach Ron Zook.
