SUN and American Television Distribution sign Deal With iN DEMAND Networks to air “Art of War 3”

company has signed an agreement with iN DEMAND Networks, the distributor of
Pay-Per-View (PPV) and Video On Demand (VOD), for the distribution of SUN’s
“Art of War 3”

The ten-bout
fight card, which features American MMA star Jeff “Snowman” Monson
challenging Champion Brazilian legend Pedro “The Rock” Rizzo for the
International Fighters Association World Heavyweight Championship, will be
broadcast LIVE from Dallas’ American Airlines Center.
“We’ve
been very successful with producing and distributing pay-per-view events, and
are very excited about the opportunity to promote the ‘Art of War’ brand both
here in
America
and internationally. We believe the ‘Art of War – Undisputed Arena Fighting
Championships’ will be a spectacular event,” said American Television
Distribution President, Tommy Habeeb, who is handling the television production
of the event. “Art of War” viewers will have front row action seats
via cable operators like Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox Communications, Bright
House Networks, Cablevision, Mediacom, Charter Communications and Patriot
Media.

USA MMA and Team Brazil MMA are making their debuts at the “Art of War
3” on September 1, 2007 at the
American
Airlines
Center
in
Dallas,
TX. The select members of Team USA MMA
against Team Brazil MMA are part of an elite fraternity representing the
United States
in the first of a series of global combative events. “The Art of War
3” is a sanctioned event by the International Fighters Association (IFA) a
non-profit based in Luxemburg that ranks and rates professional MMA Fighters.
