SUN acquistion of Sports Radio Event Network completed

SUN Sports
and Entertainment Inc. announced the completion of the acquisition of Sports
Radio Event Network, Inc. (“Sports Radio”), a private Nevada
Corporation that provides in-stadium event broadcast services via radio
broadcast to clients such as collegiate and professional sports leagues. The
transaction was completed through a tax-free exchange of stock.

Sports
Radio’s event broadcast service provides live audio content over a
multi-channel network that originates from live TV, cable, satellite, and radio
programs over commemorative radios. The company also has the ability to produce
and broadcast its own custom content. To date, Sports Radio has provided its
service to more than 40 Professional and College Sporting events and for
organizations such as the NFL, NBA, NHL, and NCAA.

SUN’s CEO
CJ Comu, stated, “This acquisition adds significant value to our company
as we are now the only MMA event production company that offers our fans an
in-stadium broadcast service that brings them closer to the live action, giving
them the ability to hear up close and personal the fighters, referee and any
other action taking place within the ring from any seat within the
stadium.” Comu added, “This is also another great platform for our
sponsors and advertisers to be able to interact with our fans and deliver
direct communication on promotions and product services.” The Radios will
have advertiser recognition on both the outside boxes as well as personalizing
the radios with corporate sponsor logos.

SUN will
be unveiling the new In Broadcast Radios for the upcoming “Art of
War” Undisputed Arena Fighting Championship on September 1st, 2007, where
MMA Fans will hear LIVE commentary of Team USA Vs. Team Brazil in the World
Heavyweight Champion Fight, at the American Airlines Center by professional
sports radio broadcasters.

Sports
Radio’s newly elected President, Ramon Perales, stated, “SUN is a great
partner for our services because they understand the importance of a great fan
experience. This acquisition will aid in our growth and continued development
of our service to better serve the fans of MMA and all sports leagues. We are
excited to work with SUN and look forward to our combined future success.”
SUN will look at future enhancements to this technology and further strategic
partners.

In the
future, Sports Radio also plans on broadcasting live data feeds on a new type
of radio receiver utilizing new Radio Frequency (RF) technologies enabling a
feature enhanced event broadcasting service. Anticipated new features include a
handheld digital billboard, sports trivia, player statistics, and other event
driven live-data feeds.
