Giants.com Scores a Touchdown with New High-End Arcade for Football Fans

New York
Giants fans can test their gridiron mettle all week long, with the launch of a
brand new arcade on Giants.com. The New York Giants and the Wm. Wrigley Jr.
Company have teamed up to bring four hit football games from
Candystand.com, one of the most popular and heavily trafficked online entertainment
destinations for teens and adults, to the redesigned Giants.com, just in time
to kick off of the 2007 season. The games will live in a specially designed “Giants
Arcade” which was created for the Giants by Candystand.com.

The
collaboration between Candystand.com and Giants.com brings together two popular
online destinations for gaming and football. With award-winning gaming content,
cutting-edge graphics, and more than 5 million unique visitors per month,
Wrigley’s Candystand.com was the perfect online partner to provide the Giants
with an arcade section where fans can sharpen their football skills while
catching up on the latest New York Giants news. The initial roll-out will
include Candystand.com’s hit games, Big Red QB Shootout, Winterfresh Field
Goal Challenge, Doublemint Chalkboard Football and Life Savers Field Goal 3D.

“Pairing
our popular online football games with one of the National Football League’s
most popular franchises is a perfect match,” said Scott Tannen, Director of
Global Interactive, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. “Giants fans will test their gaming
skills, from passing and kicking to play-calling right on Giants.com.”

“Candystand.com’s
reputation as the web’s premier purveyor of high-quality online games made them
a natural partner for the New York Giants as we explored creating a Giants.com
Arcade for our fans,” said Michael Stevens Senior Vice President and Chief
Marketing Officer, New York Giants. “More importantly, these fantastic football
games provide an additional reason for Giants fans to spend time on Giants.com.”

In
addition to a prominent presence on the team’s website, Candystand.com will be
promoted during New York Giants radio broadcasts and on LED boards in Giants
Stadium.
