Every NHL game for every NHL team on XM Canada

XM Canada announced
it is expanding its NHL coverage to provide every game for every NHL team. NHL
fans across
North America can hear their favorite
teams on XM Canada throughout the season, wherever they live.

XM Canada
is expanding from six NHL play-by-play channels to nine in order to offer
comprehensive coverage of the league. Games can be heard on XM channels 204-209
and channels 237-239.

The
2007-2008 NHL season starts this weekend as the Anaheim Ducks begin defense of
their first Stanley Cup championship against the Los Angeles Kings. The Ducks
and Kings will play Saturday and Sunday at the O2 Arena in
London,

U.K., marking the first time
that the NHL has played regular-season games in
Europe.

In
addition to carrying the full schedule of NHL games, XM Canada is the exclusive
carrier of the 24-hour hockey talk radio channel NHL Home Ice, located at XM
channel 204. NHL Home Ice offers the latest news, commentary, call-in shows,
interviews and other special programming 365 days a year. “In The
Slot” returns with Hockey legend Phil Esposito for his third season behind
the microphone hosting his daily talk show along with veteran broadcaster Jim Tatti.

The
2007-2008 NHL season is XM Canada’s third season carrying NHL games and its
first as the exclusive satellite radio network of the league. XM and the NHL
have a long-term broadcast partnership that extends through 2015.
