Every MLB Post-Season Game on ESPN Radio

ESPN
Radio’s coverage of the 2007 Major League Baseball post-season will be
highlighted by broadcasts of every game – Division Series through the World
Series – to more than 350 affiliates nationwide. Coverage will begin with the
start of the Division Series on Wednesday, Oct. 3 with a tripleheader – the
Colorado
Rockies at the
Philadelphia Phillies (2:35 p.m. ET), the Boston Red Sox hosting the Los
Angeles Angels of Anaheim (6 p.m.) and the Chicago Cubs visiting the Arizona
Diamondbacks (9:35 p.m.). This is ESPN Radio’s 10th season of regular- and
post-season Major League Baseball broadcasts.

ESPN
Radio’s Sunday Night Baseball team of Dan Shulman and Dave Campbell will
describe post-season action together for the sixth straight year, including
Division Series and League Championship Series games, as well as World Series
pre- and post-game analysis.

Jon Miller
and Joe Morgan will work their seventh straight LCS together and the World
Series. Miller has called every ESPN Radio World Series broadcast and will call
his first Division Series, while Morgan will work his eighth Fall Classic for
the network. Miller’s Division Series partner, Baseball Tonight’s Dusty Baker, made
his first ESPN appearance on ESPN Radio in 1999, broadcasting the
Mets-Diamondbacks Division Series.

Tonight will continue to provide highlights, news and information throughout
the post-season with nightly shows (generally at midnight ET). SportsCenter
will present reports from each series including comprehensive pre- and
post-game coverage featuring interviews and team news conferences. Baseball
reporters including Buster Olney and Tim Kurkjian and Baseball Tonight and ESPN
Radio commentators will also contribute to SportsCenter’s post-season coverage.

conferences, as well as detailed statistical breakdowns (hit charts, pitching

analysts, as well as daily reports from each team’s beat writers.

and reports from every game. Additionally, fans can partake in real-time,
in-game chats with ESPN.com baseball experts about the on-field action; catch
up on the latest news by watching the Baseball Tonight Minute, a daily
one-minute wrap up from the hosts of the TV show; and listen to the Baseball
Today podcast, in which Peter Pascarelli interviews top players and managers
from key series and sets up the day’s big games. Diamond Daily, a staple of the
site’s regular-season coverage offering daily MLB news and information, will
continue, along with added features such as an in-depth E-Ticket report on Alex
Rodriguez, Jayson Stark’s annual “Why (X) is Going to Win” column, and a close
examination of the current wild card format by Jerry Crasnick. The Inside Edge
will also provide detailed scouting data, including pitching report cards after
every game and the daily “Three Things to Watch” file. ESPN Insider will offer
the expertise of Scouts Inc’s Keith Law, who will break down the eight playoff
teams and outline what needs to happen for each team to advance.

Classic’s post-season baseball programming will include 14 hours of classic World
Series game coverage (seven hours each on Sunday, Oct. 21 and Saturday, Oct.
27). ESPN Classic will also televise eight hours of content on October 18 –
commemorating the 30th anniversary of Reggie Jackson’s three-home-run game
against the Dodgers during Game 6 of the 1977 World Series at 2 p.m., followed
by an airing of the entire season of The Bronx is Burning beginning at 4 p.m.

Division Series, LCS and World Series game, ESPN’s Baseball Tonight and the

keeping fans up-to-date with every scoring play, inning update, and final
score. Fans with ESPN MVP can receive the information as multimedia alerts. In
