WorldVuer and ICCE Create Global Coaches Social Network

WorldVuer,
Inc. and the International Council for Coach Education (ICCE), an organization
comprised of the world’s leading coaching education and athlete training
institutions, have reached a preliminary, exclusive relationship to establish
the world’s only Global Coaches Social Network (GCSN). WorldVuer will provide
the GCSN with its premier video-based social network platform to enable
interactive video communications between the millions of coaches of different
sports who are located throughout the world.

This
social network (http://www.thecoachescentre.com) is scheduled to launch in
mid-2008 and will provide coaches at every level of sport; from recreational to
elite, and the athletes whom they instruct, with an unprecedented opportunity
to communicate, interact, access information, share expertise, utilize
sophisticated administrative tools and obtain certification.

The ICCE
is the only global coaching organization in the world whose “A” members
represent each country’s National Coaching System (Ministries of Sport &
Education), the most legitimate such coaching authority in each nation.

Current
members of the ICCE include: the Australian Sports Commission, Australia,
Coaching Association of Canada, Canada, All China Sport Federation, China,
Trainerakademie Koln, Germany, Wingate Institute of Physical Education &
Sport, Israel, Sport & Recreation New Zealand, New Zealand, Russian
Olympic Committee, Russia, Teknikon Northern Gauteng, South Africa, Sports
Coach UK, United Kingdom, and the United States Olympic Committee, United States
to name just a few. These and other members have access to ten’s of millions of
coaches and hundred’s of millions of athletes across 43 sport categories around
the world. This initiative is viewed as a global central destination for
coaches to gather and interact on a regular basis.

“We plan
to populate the destination with functionality, content and administrative
capabilities so coaches embrace the network with enthusiasm, making it a vital
and necessary component of their daily activity,” stated John Bales, President
of the ICCE.

The
essential principle behind this initiative is that by collaborating as an
“International Coaching Community” fellow members of the ICCE have
very significant economic strength that no single country can generate. By harnessing
this collaboration each country can improve the services it provides to its
coaches and sport federations while also receiving significant economic
benefit. As such, coaching systems should see immediate benefits from the value
of aggregating their existing products, services and assets. The ICCE intends
to distribute the vast majority of the proceeds it receives from all revenue
channels back into each National Coaching System.

WorldVuer
– GCSN/The Coaches Center will include the WorldVuer video messaging system,
VUE AdBuilder Visual Advertising System, Internet WorldVuer Browser with
Integrated Search Bar, VUENet Ultra-rich Content Distribution Services, VUECast
built into the global platform as well as all the traditional Social Network
applications. This platform and the programs which it will provide are uniquely
suited to meet the needs of the National Coaching Systems and more
specifically, the needs of coaches to hone, educate and develop athletes around
the world.
