Canucks Hockey Returns to the Big Screen

Vancouver Canucks fans
have something to cheer about as Cineplex Entertainment invites them back to
watch ten live broadcasts of big screen hockey games on wall-to-wall screens at
ten participating theatre locations in
British
Columbia.
“Showing Canucks hockey on our giant screens is the next best thing to
being there,” says Pat Marshall, Vice President Communications and
Investor Relations for Cineplex Entertainment. “Canucks fans and families
love these games and this year we’ve made it even easier to enjoy with the
opportunity to purchase tickets in three and five packs.”
Regular season Canucks games scheduled to be shown are not available on cable
television, making this a unique opportunity for families and friends to see
the games on giant wall-to-wall curved screens in Dolby Surround Sound. Advance
tickets are now available online at www.cineplex.com as well as at
participating theatre box offices. Admission for children ages 3-12 is $8.95 +
tax and general admission is $10.95 + tax. New this year, guests can also
purchase tickets to any three games for $31.20 + tax or any five games for
$49.25 + tax allowing the entire family and their friends an affordable night out
together watching the games.
