Bothof joins HTN as Technical Advisor and Consultant

HTN Communications, the leading sports transmission and facilities service provider, announced today that Del Bothof joined as Technical Advisor and Consultant. Bothof will work with HTN to design and build the next generation fiber optic media services network as the company matures and expands its market reach into new business sectors.

Cohen. “His technical expertise and experience in the planning and development of fiber optic networks and the media business in general will be valuable to HTN as we launch our new DTM network. We will also look for Del to expand the sales strategy at HTN as we endeavor to take on the challenges in the ever changing dynamics of next generation broadcast technology.”

Bothof was most recently President of Media Services at Broadwing Communications, LLC where he developed a media network that distributed audio, video and data to broadcasters, CATV, IPTV and other distribution outlets. He will join a technical staff of Jerry Gepner who have provided HTN with wide ranging technical knowledge, industry expertise and vast media experience.

Bothof has served as President of Vyvx and maintained executive positions at BellSouth, Scientific-Atlanta and Hewlett Packard.
