ProElite.com to stream Brazil’s Fury Fight Championships

Fury Fight
Championships (FFC)
, the live events division of Sao Paulo-based Giant Sport
Entertainment, will be streamed live on pay-per-view at ProElite.com, one of
the largest growing, MMA social networking and entertainment sites
beginning Dec.
6, 2007.

“MMA
organizations such as FFC are home to some of the top fighters in the world,
and they deserve the attention of the loyal fan base and fighters at
ProElite.com,” said Kelly Perdew, president of Los Angeles-based ProElite.com. “Part
of our strategy is to provide marketing and promotional tools to fight brands
other than our own. These organizations now have access to PPV sales through
live streaming at ProElite.com, an important strategy in building the global
presence of any MMA brand.”

“With our
best of class Internet streaming and interactive technology, we are able to
partner with premier fight organizations like Fury Fight and deliver top
quality productions previously unavailable to audiences outside of the
organization’s home country,” said Jeremy Gocke, vice president of business
development at ProElite.com.

“We
are thrilled and very excited to be aligned with ProElite.com and to be part of
the first Brazilian MMA event ever to be shown live around the world,”
said
Gilberto Faria, international director and partner of Giant Sport Entertainment.

The
initial collaboration between ProElite.com and Fury Fight Championships
certainly figures to be an action-packed night of fights.

The PPV
event will include fights leading up to a final Grand Prix tournament of four
top fighters from the top schools in

Brazil, including Chute Boxe and
Brazilian Top Team. ProElite.com will stream the final tournament matches in
the Fury Fight FC 5 “Final Combat” Grand Prix at

Sao Paulo,
Brazil.
The four fighters vying for the 183-pound tourney title will be Andre Mikito
(De La Riva Jiu Jitsu), Daniel Ac cio (Chute Boxe), Rousimar Toquinho
(Brazilian Top Team) and Fabio Neg o (Lotus MMA).

Who fights
who will be determined by an online poll currently run at furyfight.com.
Results of the poll will be announced a week before the fight card. The winners
of their opening fights Dec. 6 will clash in the Grand Prix finals in the last
fight of the night.

Said
Victor Costa, GSE director and partner, “This is the proof that all of the hard
work done with Fury FC will lead us to a bright future. Each of our shows has
been better than the previous one and we keep working to make them even better.

“With
ProElite.com’s worldwide platform, Fury FC fights, starting in December, will
be available anywhere in the world. People will see that

Brazil not only
has excellent fighters, but knows how to put on an excellent MMA show, too.

“With
ProElite.com on our side, we will have an incredible synergy that will help us
to promote MMA in Brazil and will help MMA get into the mainstream in Brazil,
like it is today in the United States.”
