CP Communications, Total RF jointly acquired by Red House Holdings

CP Communications, Inc., a New York-based production communications rental firm, and Total RF, a Philadelphia-based broadcast wireless company, have been acquired by Red House Holdings.

“The assets of CP, well know for wireless audio and fiber, and Total RF, well known for microwave and fiber, together deliver an enormous amount of resources and services,” says Kurt Heitmann, SVP of Sales and Marketing of Red House.

Under the acquisition, Total RF will be renamed Total RF Productions.
Steve Gansky, one of the original founders will remain president and
will continue to work closely with NBC Golf and Olympics. CP will
remain CP Communications. Both companies will continue to maintain
their respective offices in NY, PA, FL and CA.

“Having these two companies, both of which represent the leaders of their respective technologies, together under Red House Holdings makes perfect sense,” says Heitmann. “CP and Total have had a mutually beneficial relationship for many years from already having worked together on major projects such as Super Bowl 2007 and both the New York City and Chicago Marathons. The companies truly compliment one another.”

In addition to CP and Total RF, Red House has also acquired the assets of Elevation Video, a New York-based monitor and video distribution company.
