“Last year the Score offered sports fans NCAA March
Madness programming across multiple platforms and the response was great,”
said David Errington, Executive Vice President and Co-COO, Score Media Inc.
“Based on our knowledge, we’re aware that viewers are interested in a more
personal experience when watching the tournament and that’s why we’ve developed
our properties across all platforms and partnered with Rogers – ultimately this
allows sports fans more flexibility in terms of being able to catch all the games,
especially ones happening at the same time.”
“Every year in the NCAA tournament, something
incredible happens – whether it’s a last-second shot or a stunning upset,”
said David Purdy, Vice President, Video Product Management for Rogers Cable
Inc. “Only with On Demand from Rogers can fans go back and watch every
game on their own time, with the ability to fast-forward to the best plays or
rewind and watch the most thrilling moments over again.”
On Demand from Rogers Personal TV, available on channel 100,
allows viewers to pick from a library of thousands of movies and shows. It is
