China Netcom game for Tektronix

China Netcom (CNC) has selected Tektronix video test and monitoring equipment for use during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. China Netcom will implement a video test infrastructure including new Tektronix PQA500 Picture Quality Analyzers, WFM7120 Waveform Monitors, MTM400 MPEG Transport Stream Monitors, and the MTS430 MPEG Test System.

An official partner of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, China Netcom is responsible for the video signal transmission to the International Broadcast Center (IBC) from all the Olympic competition venues in seven cities. These video signals will then be distributed to Rights Holding Broadcast Organizations (RHB) for production and transmission to different countries and regions.
