VET Selects Brick House Video’s Syntax Up Converter

VET,
a post-production and broadcast multimedia facility based in Hoxton, Central London, has selected Brick House Video’s (BHV)
Syntax. Andrew Pearson, Senior Broadcast Engineer at VET, stated, “We looked
at the leading high end units and Syntax not only offers more facilities, it
produces clearly superior quality images.”
Syntax
is based on advanced Super-Resolution Bandlet Technology. This affordable unit
brings the performance advantages of motion-compensated processing without the
currently associated disadvantages of high cost and occasionally severe
artefacts. Syntax is a 1RU unit offering
up/cross/down-conversion with SDI I/O and multi-format inputs.
VET’s
multimedia facility offers digital media services and creative solutions for
TV, film and video productions on all platforms, from HD and SD to mobile and
