SAMMA Systems/Front Porch Digital Renews SVG Sponsorship

SAMMA Systems, which was
recently acquired by Front Porch Digital, has renewed its sponsorship
of SVG. SAMMA Systems is a leader in migration of videotape to multi-use
digital files, as its SAMMA Robot and SAMMA Solo deliver multiple
simultaneous file outputs, including JPEG2000, MPEG-1/2/4, Flash and
AVC. Both systems now also have MXF, AVI and QuickTime file wrapping
capabilities. Coupled with Front Porch Digital technology it now provides an end-to-end archiving and asset management system.
