Show Partners Hires Hawkanson as Director of Operations

Show Partners has hired Bob Hawkanson as its new Director of Operations. Hawkanson will manage Show Partners’ growing production operations, crewing and client services areas. He comes to Show Partners from National Mobile Television (NMT) where he served 10 years in operations and sales management at NMT locations in New Jersey and Florida.

“Bob will focus his talents on continuing to build unique production solutions for our growing client base,” said Show Partners CEO Michael Mantovani. “He brings a fresh approach and adds depth to our management team in the key operations area.”

Hawkanson has worked closely with broadcasters and event management companies over the years, including Turner Studios, Fox Sports Net, Tennis Channel, Telemundo and Career Sports & Entertainment. His project management expertise and extensive field work led him to Show Partners.

“We’ve worked closely with Bob over the years and he understands our partnering approach,” said Show Partners President Larry Rogers. “He takes ownership of a project from concept to budget through production and client review.”

Hawkanson is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, where he majored in geology and played varsity lacrosse. He will be based in Show Partners’ Orlando area headquarters.
