JVC Consolidates Four U.S. Divisions

JVC will consolidate its U.S. operations, bringing all four of its American divisions into one organization. Under the plan, JVC Company of America, JVC Mobile Company of America, JVC Professional Products Company of America and JVC Service and Engineering Co. will become a single entity.

“The consolidation of our four U.S. companies into a single entity will allow JVC to operate more efficiently by reducing the duplication of functions, and will strengthen JVC’s position in the U.S. market,” U.S. President MIke Saito said as part of the announcement.
