IDEA, Txtstation Team Up For Website Interaction

Txtstation and Information Display and Entertainment
Association (IDEA) have announced that the two entities will be partnering to
create interactive mobile campaigns to help engage its members inside and
outside of the conference gatherings.
The campaign will consist of three tactics — voting and
polling, text-to-screen and pix-to-screen — and it will live on the IDEA website.
Attendees and site visitors will be able to voice their opinions and interact
with IDEA, and the submissions will rotate regularly so the content can remain
fresh. For example, attendees can share pictures from the last event, send a
text message to share a suggestion, or simply vote on their favorite part of
the conference.

“Our attendees are always interested in learning about new
ways to engage and interact,” says Liz Burke Brown, executive director for IDEA.
By partnering with Txtstation we are exposing them to the power of mobile while
simultaneously providing them with a public forum for sharing memories, voting
on a particular idea or question, or sharing new ideas.Plus it’s fun and
easy to implement.”

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with the industry
leader in event presentation,” says Michael Falato, VP of sales and business development
for Txtstation. “They understand the importance of being creative and having
fun and we believe mobile is a perfect medium for doing so.”
