Fujinon Lens to Debut at NAB

Fujinon will debut the XA50X9.5B ESM HD telephoto lens, designed to work with ENG style 2/3-inch HD cameras, at NAB.

The XA50X9.5B ESM has 50 times magnification and a 9.5 to 475mm focal length, which the company says can provide a tight shot at 100 feet. A remote control 2X extender is standard.

Fujinon adds that its new lens is ideal for regional, minor-league and collegiate sports coverage, as well as houses of worship, corporate events and other venues requiring longer focal length lenses.
