Riedel Rolls Out Gear at Prolight+Sound 2009

Riedel Communications introduced its RockNet 100 3-in-1 audio interface bundled with an expansion card for Yamaha digital mixing consoles and its Acrobat digital wireless intercom series at Prolight+Sound 2009.

The RockNet 100 combines the input and output sections of three RockNet 300 devices into one 19-inch/3RU digital stage-box, resulting in 16 line/microphone-inputs (with 48V phantom power) and eight line-outputs.

The Acrobat system is a full-duplex wireless communications intercom based on the Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) standard, and it is set up with one or more cell controllers and up to 80 cell antennas.

In addition, Riedel’s new Acrobat Wireless Beltpack is a compact digital-headset station with two individually configurable channels for intercom and IFB use.
