Allsvenskan Soccer League Gets Kick from Net Insight

TeliaSonera International Carrier will use Net Insight’s Nimbra platform to support live broadcasts of Allsvenskan, Sweden’s premier soccer league.

Nimbra 360 and Nimbra 680 switches have been added to transport uncompressed standard-definition video from all 16 arenas in the league to a central production and editing facility in Stockholm.

The Net Insight gear was delivered during the first quarter and the network was fully operational in March in preparation for the 2009 season.
