XOS Digital Adds Key Media Industry Execs to Rapidly Growing Franchise

XOS
Digital, a sports content and marketing services company, has added three
strategic media heavyweights to its already impressive staff of industry
leaders and innovators.

Brian Liebler, Todd Foster and Brian Philo, who between them have more than 40
years of experience across a variety of mediums, are joining XOS Digital’s growing
digital media franchise. Since the new business division of XOS Technologies
was formed in late 2008, XOS Digital has added 15 new employees, continuing its
evolution into a major player in the sports media marketplace.

It is XOS Digital’s goal to remain at the forefront of the major changes in
sports advertising, assisting clients as they navigate the transition from
traditional television advertising to digital branding and sponsorships across
a variety of highly trafficked sports media platforms.

“For more than 10 years, each of these three media executives has been on
the front lines of new media, branded entertainment and sports
sponsorships,” says Rich Routman, XOS Digital SVP of sales and business development.
“With the successful launch of our original and diverse sports content
offerings, we needed a senior marketing and sales team that could showcase to
corporate clients just how unique and valuable the proposition really is.”

Brian Philo, XOS Digital’s director of digital sales, west, brings more than 20
years of media sales experience to XOS Digital. Throughout his career, he has
helped generate nearly half a billion dollars in ad revenue for such media
companies as NBC, CBS and Mark Burnett Productions. Recently at Mark Burnett
Productions, Philo was a member of a four-person internal sales team that was
responsible for selling and developing brand integration opportunities for
programs like “The Apprentice” (NBC) and “Rockstar” (CBS).

Brian Liebler, XOS Digital’s director of digital sales, northeast, has helped
companies big and small reach targeted audiences with innovative and unique
campaigns for more than 10 years. An expert on the behaviors of young online
users, Liebler directed top-tier branded entertainment integration into Alloy
Media’s various original Web series. He has also represented and sold
integrated advertising programs across innovative sites such as RockYou, Habbo
and Facebook, and he has worked with clients in every major advertising
category, including Ford, P&G, Wal-Mart, Sony PlayStation and Paramount, among others.

Todd Foster, XOS Digital’s director of digital sales, midwest, has 12 years of
vast experience in both digital and TV media. He’s held key sales and marketing
positions at leading corporations such as FOX Sports, Microsoft (MSN) and
Comcast Networks. Most recently, he spent two years establishing
FoxSports.com’s digital media business in the Midwest.
During that timeframe, Foster worked closely with elite sports brands such as
McDonald’s, Allstate, State Farm, Gatorade and Miller Beer, creating custom
sports sponsorships and integrated ad solutions.
