Showtime Gets in the Ring With Strikeforce Challengers

Strikeforce Challengers, a series featuring up-and-coming mixed-martial-arts fighters, will debut on Showtime Friday, May 15 at 11 p.m. ET/PT. The main event pits undefeated lightweight Billy Evangelista (9-0) against “Iron” Mike Aina, who holds a record of 11-6-1.

The event—which also features a women’s match between Sarah Kaufman (8-0) and submission specialist Miesha Tate (6-1)—will be held at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, CA, Evangelista’s hometown.
