Quail Hollow Championship Not Hollow for CBS

CBS Sports’s final-round coverage of the PGA Tour’s Quail Hollow Championship Sunday earned a national household rating/share of 3.7/9, tying the 2005 tournament for the highest-rated Quail Hollow Championship.

The network’s rating was up 131% from the 1.6/4 it posted last year and up 9% from the 3.4/8 it achieved in 2007.

CBS Sports’s third-round coverage Saturday scored a 2.2/6, giving the network a two-day average of 3.0/8, up 114% from last year’s 1.4/4.
