NASCAR All-Star Ratings Not Quite Up to SPEED

SPEED’s live broadcast of the 2009 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race XXV Saturday slipped 2% when compared with last year’s ratings but was still the highest-rated program on cable in its time slot.

The network earned a 3.74 rating, or 2.701 million households, for its race coverage. Its numbers peaked at a 4.69, or 3.426 million households.
