Schefter Joins ESPN as NFL Correspondent

Former NFL Network reporter/analyst Adam Schefter will join ESPN in August as an NFL correspondent, where he will contribute to SportsCenter, NFL Live, Sunday NFL Countdown, Monday Night Countdown, and ESPNEWS.

Schefter will also write regular columns for ESPN.com and contribute to ESPN Radio and other platforms. He will be based in New York.

At NFL Network, he appeared on NFL Total Access and NFL GameDay Morning and wrote for NFL.com.

Prior to NFL Network, Schefter was a sportswriter for the Denver Post, where he covered the Broncos for 15 years.

“Adam has covered the NFL for 20 years, and he is widely respected for his professional approach and ability to uncover stories,” ESPN executive vice president of production Norby Williamson said in a prepared statement. “He is a tremendous addition to our roster of NFL insiders who provide year-round coverage across ESPN’s platforms.”
