Genesis Networks to Help SOMOS TV Distribute Venemovies Channels

Genesis Networks will provide a fully managed network-distribution solution in North America for SOMOS TV’s Venemovies East and Venemovies West television channels, connecting the Venemovies production facility in Miami to Genesis’s international video-fiber network, which includes connectivity to Genesis’s master-control and uplink facilities in New York.

Genesis will provide similar service for a third SOMOS TV channel, preschooler-oriented Semillitas, when it launches in the United States.

The two Venemovies channels will be available on Galaxy 23 for access by major cable- and satellite-TV affiliates throughout North America.
