IDX Rolls Out E-HL9 Series Batteries

IDX System Technology debuted the E-HL9 Series high-performance, high-load Lithium Ion battery line designed for professional HD production. The company says its 10-amp capacity delivers nearly 50% more power than its previous batteries.

The E-HL9 can use IDX’s PowerLink feature to connect two E-HL9 batteries for a total power capacity of 176Wh, and its five-LED power-status display offers an incremental capacity reading.

The E-HL9S is an economical alternative battery with the same single-unit power capacity as the E-HL9 and a three-LED power-indicator display.

The maximum output voltage for both batteries is rated at 16.8VDC, with a maximum discharge current of 10A (120W).
