Job Posting: HBO Post Production Coordinator

HBO is looking for a post-production coordinator. The ideal candidate will work with producers in coordinating shoots and edits for boxing post production.

The primary responsibilities are as follows:
Candidate is responsible for shooting, editing and budgeting of boxing post production elements.
Candidate must have 2 years experience with booking ENG crews, both domestic and international.
Candidate must have 2 years experience and full understanding of HD post-production procedures and will be responsible for booking studio sessions.
Must possess strong budgeting skills with familiarity of Excel.

Requirements:
Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Candidate must also be proactive, detail oriented, able to meet deadlines and handle several projects simultaneously.
Person must work well under pressure while maintaining good working relationships.
Candidate must be accessible 24/7 and available for overtime.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Filemaker Pro.
Bachelors degree in communications preferred.
