Kroenke Sports Taps Txtstation for Mobile Campaign at Pepsi Center

Kroenke Sports Enterprises has launched a wide-ranging mobile campaign for Pepsi Center and the three teams it plays host to – the Denver Nuggets, the Colorado Avalanche and the Colorado Mammoth.  The campaign, in partnership with AT&T and powered by Txtstation, includes multiple text clubs to engage and inform its fans of ongoing news, as well as interactive arena promotions.

“It is exciting to be embracing the power of mobile and we are looking forward to ramping up this campaign as soon as possible,” says Paul Andrews, EVP of Kroenke Sports Enterprises.

Pepsi Center, as well as each of the three teams, will have its own dedicated text club – Pepsi Center Mobile, Nuggets Mobile, Avalanche Mobile, and Mammoth Mobile.  Fans can join them via text message or online through a brief entry form.  A handful of messages will be blasted out to the participants each week with content that includes breaking news, score updates and promotional offers.

Mobile promotions will also be shown on the video board at all home games and potential concepts include mascot scenarios, song of the game, fan battles, interactive games, and MVP of the Game. Content and voting results for these features will be displayed in real time on the video board.
