New Speakers, Sponsors Added to CSVS Program

The second-annual College Sports Video Summit, taking place June 8-9 in Atlanta, is growing in scope and scale. New speakers are added to the program each week and the three workshop tracks — Strategic Partnerships, Cost-Effective Technology Solutions, and A Video Marketing Plan — are now complete. Some of the most recent additions to the program include:

  • Duane Lindberg, assistant commissioner of the Pac-10 Conference, will offer his View from the Commissioner’s Office in the event’s closing panel
  • Tom Odjakjian, associate commissioner of the Big East Conference, will debate the merits of a Conference-Specific Network in the opening panel of Day 2
  • Randy Ray, director of broadcast engineering at West Texas A&M University, has joined the Cross-Campus Connections workshop
  • Chris Ostien, senior producer/director for West Virginia University’s Mountaineer Sports Network, will participate in the Student-Run Productions workshop
  • Bryan Bray, director of BaylorVision at Baylor University, will discuss Running Your Athletic Video Department: From Staff to Stuff, in the second general session on June 8
