F&F Continues Upgrades to Truck Fleet With Calrec Audio Boards

F&F has continued with second Quarter fleet upgrades featuring two new Calrec Omega audio consoles with Bluefin HDPS which will replace the remaining Yamaha PM1D digital audio boards.

Both GTX 11 & GTX 14 will receive the new Omega boards, rounding out the entire F&F fleet with the latest Calrec Audio consoles featuring Bluefin technology. The Omega boards provide expanded monitoring options with full user configurability and double the number of channels and processing power with Bluefin.

In addition to the Calrec purchases, F&F expanded it’s pool equipment inventory with

the acquisition of 150,000’ of SMPTE Fiber, DT-12, various mults and other support gear, including supplemental HD color correctors and production radios. This comes on the heels of F&F’s recent Virtual Monitor Wall installation aboard the GTX 12 and full fleet upgrades to both the HyperX3 platform for graphics and the XT2 for all EVS servers including Spotbox and Xfile systems.

“We continue to be very focused on staying current and keeping the fleet as identical as possible to allow for the utmost in flexibility and compatibility,” says Ryan Hatch, SVP of F&F.
