XOS Digital Boosts Instant Replay Services, Hires Malone

XOS Digital has announced the expansion of its instant replay services to include on-site game-day and bowl-game support options. In addition, the company has added college football replay veteran Randall Malone as its replay services manager.

“High-intensity sports operations require personal attention to detail, advanced training and on-demand support,” says Mark Hudgins, president, Integrated Solutions Group, XOS Digital. “Randall’s vast experience in college football and basketball operations makes him an ideal fit for his new role at XOS Digital. As we expand our instant replay services, we’re proud to welcome him aboard.”

XOS has added game-day services for partner conferences, which will provide on-site replay assistance for home games at each member school. An XOS technician would arrive prior to game day to ensure proper set-up and testing of the XOS Replay or XOS HD Replay system. In addition, the XOS technician would be on site during game day to ensure successful pre-game testing and game-time operation.

XOS also has added bowl-game services, including replay technician and sideline assistant staffing, replay system connection testing, and communication equipment and fiber infrastructure services.

As XOS Digital’s replay services coordinator, Malone will be responsible for managing the company’s services model and handling support issues for all XOS Replay partners. His main priorities include project management, product marketing, team training, qualifying and managing on-site support resources and replay technicians, and managing the soon-to-launch XOS Review grading system for replay officials.

Malone’s experience encompasses nearly 15 years of college football and basketball operations. Prior to joining XOS, he spent time as the director of basketball operations for both University of Tennessee Chattanooga Men’s Basketball and Auburn University’s Men’s Basketball. While at Auburn, he also spent five years serving as the basketball team’s video coordinator. In addition, Malone’s experience includes five years as an SEC instant replay technician, specifically for Auburn football.
