SportsMEDIA Technology’s Cowboys Stadium Kickoff Show Earns Two Silver Telly Awards
SportsMEDIA Technology Corp. received two Silver Telly awards for its video production and supporting virtual graphics used at the inaugural pre-game show in the Dallas Cowboys’ new stadium during the 2009-2010 season. SportsMEDIA earned the Silver Telly awards, the highest award offered by this organization, for its creativity and distinctiveness in both the video and live event categories.
SportsMEDIA partnered with the Dallas Cowboys Stadium to deliver the unique live event for in-stadium fans. SportsMEDIA wrote and produced the pre-game video in which the Dallas Cowboy star took virtual flight from the team’s former stadium, was shot high into the air, and then virtually exploded onto the field in their new stadium. The video was shown on the world’s largest in-stadium video board and synchronized with an on-field reveal of the renowned Dallas Cowboy star.
In addition to the shooting star video, SportsMEDIA provided the Dallas Cowboy Stadium with a variety of virtual graphics and in-game statistics on the playing field and throughout the. This included the game’s virtual yellow line, virtual player flip cards, and virtual sponsor signage.
