Botswana Leans Towards European Digital TV Migration

MmegiOnline (mmegi.bw) reports that Botswana’s dream to be the launching pad for Japanese digital television technology for the rest of the SADC bloc seems to have failed after a senior official at the Botswana National Broadcasting Board (BNBB) and Botswana Telecommunications Authority (BTA) recently told a Pan African conference that Botswana is now leaning towards the European model of digital migration.
