Broadcast Services International To Build Out IBC at World Rugby Championships

Broadcast Services International’s systems design and integration group has been awarded the contract to provide design, integration, and equipment for the IBC at the upcoming World Rugby Championships in New Zealand.

Broadcast Systems and Equipment (BSE) has been serving the radio and television industry for more than 40 years and has provided systems integration for a long list of International Broadcasters at several Olympic Games and World Championships.

“SKY Host Broadcaster has 100% confidence in BSE being able to fully support the project and work together in a partnership to deliver to the IRB a technically perfect IBC,” says Keith Catchpole, project manager, Sky TV.

BSI’s most recent International projects have been the supply and integration of facilities for the BBC in Delhi (Commonwealth Games) and Airpacs and integration for CTV, APTN, BBC and TBS at the Vancouver Olympics.
