Adtec Features Upgraded Compression Solutions at NAB Show

Adtec has upgraded its Compression and IRD line, and company professionals are on hand in Booth SU6117 at the Las Vegas Convention Center to help attendees meet their compression requirements.

The EN81 and RD60 encoders/modulators are in use globally for tier-one networks running sports, news and other transport services daily. In a redundantly powered, 1RU platform, they support MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 AVC, SD, HD, and 3D video with 16 channels of phase aligned audio via RF, ASI, and IP transport. They also provide excellent picture quality, phase-aligned audio performance, low-latency, and increased interoperable flexibility and help reduce capital and operating expenses.
