Broadcast Pix announced the arrival of Mica, a new family of HD/SD live video production systems that provide HD and leadership integration. Mica is available now and harnesses the native HD technology from the award-winning Broadcast Pix Granite systems in a compact, cost-effective package.

Mica includes the Broadcast pix Fluent software, tightly integrating video with file-based content, so even a single operator can create compelling live video. Mica has 8 HD/SD SDI inputs along with 7 internal channels of clips, animations and graphics.

Broadcast Pix Granite 6000 is the largest member of the company’s integrated live video production systems. It features an expanded 2 M/E (Mix/Effect) control panel, which lets you extend your control with 24 direct cross-points and macro buttons for instant access to all your sources, as well two banks of device controls.  Broadcast Pix brings you dual M/E power at a surprising price.

The Broadcast Pix Remote Panel gives  full, file-based Fluent Macro control in addition to the more traditional routing functions of an X/Y panel.
